We've seen a variety of species in Pitch Black as well as Chronicles of Riddick and there are more to come in the upcoming Riddick movie. However, for the sake of the board we are going to be making things a bit more simple. Below is the breakdown of accepted and non-accepted species at the moment. Some might be added to the list or removed as needed.
Furyans
From the Canon of the Riddickverse, Riddick himself is the LAST Furyan. The world was destroyed and even the Purifier that we find in the Chronicles movie was no longer considered a Furyan. So at this time, this race is restricted to only Riddick.
Necromongers
Uh uh....not at this time. Our timeline takes place prior to the introduction of Necromongers and they always travel in large groups. A solo Necro just wouldn't make sense.
Elementals
There are five types of Elementals in the Riddickverse; Fire, Air, Water, Earth, and Ether(Spirit). We are accepting 2-3 slots for each but no more. Please keep in mind that the Elemental should not be uber powerful. Even Aereon was powerless in the face of the Necromongers and she was a big deal. There are always ways of containing and controlling an Elemental. No massive lava girls or Earth Elementals that level whole cities with their quake powers. Capise? Keep it somewhat toned down for the sake of fun for everyone. No one likes a God-Modder.
Keep in mind that ALL Elementals are focused on balance to the point of having thirty three different names for it. It is rare to find them outside their own homeworld Quintessa. They have no God nor religion. COnsider them the non-pointy eared Swiss Vulcans. Their very logical, non emotional for the most part (due to emotions being an illogical response to stimuli,) and are typically neutral.
Here's the list of Elementals and some potential powers of each. These are not definitive so you can use your imagination a bit.
Rukengolls
Little is known about this group that is considered to be a dangerous cult. They are of the belief that only the blind can truly see God. They appear as Siamese twins but are actually two people stitched together back to back. They are blind by design, having had their eyes gouged out with ceremonial daggers. Those daggers are attached to their ankles and trailed out behind them as they move. Though never shown in the movies it is believed that the same sort of shackles that they wear are the ones the Necromongers used to bind Aereon to keep her from fleeing on the winds.
One would assume that these humanoids have extra sensory perception that enables them to move and live and to be prosperous in their chosen profession of Slavers. For the purposes of the board they will have sonar like hearing that is enhanced through the ceremony that blinds them. Mystic powers/gifts to an extent will be taken under consideration on a case by case basis.
Keep in mind, these are not a cuddly, funny species. They are dark and cruel and sadistic. They revel and take pleasure in torture and pain, causing it and receiving it. They are the Serial Killer types of this Universe.
Humans
Last but not least there are Humans. Yes, humans. Those extraordinary individuals that come in every color, shape, and style. Humans are as varied in skills, cultures, origins, and talents as there are stars in the sky.
Notable groups are:
Keep in mind these are not the only types, just common ones. Feel free to use your imagination. It takes a lot of different types to run the worlds.

- Air - can become noncorporreal and 'can glide very well'
- Water - The same can be assumed for water in taking a watery shape, perhaps gills or breathing underwater is no problem.
- Fire - higher than normal body temperatures, manifests fire along their body, resistant to fire damage
- Earth - Can meld with their surroundings (rock, dirt, etc...no water, lava, or other elements), greater than normal body density, can effect plants
- Ether (Spirit) - Astral projection (within reason..not across planets or galaxies but across town is good), telepathic communication, Spirit world travel, dream walking

Notable groups are:
- Mercs - Bounty hunters. Not usually the most lawful group and often not much difference between them and the cons they capture really. Again, skill sets vary among these humans.
- Traders - Business people. They are typically focused on making a UD and keeping the business flowing from world to world.
- Cons - Outlaws. These people tread a thin line and are hunted. Most have spent time in a slam at some point. Hard individuals that live rough and die rougher.
